Legendary Adds Paramount’s Lesinski

Legendary Digital Media has added Thomas Lesinski as its president of digital content and distribution, reporting to Bruce Rosenblum, president of Legendary TV and digital media.

Lesinski will oversees all digital content development, production and distribution, and will help to to design and implement Legendary’s digital strategy.

“Tom has a strong track record of building innovative and entrepreneurial digital business models and brings significant experience in both traditional and new media. I look forward to his contributions as we build out Legendary’s digital strategy and platform,” Rosenblum said.

Lesinski most recently served as president of Paramount Pictures Digital Entertainment, where he founded the studio’s digital entertainment division in 2006. He was responsible for the worldwide management, development and distribution of all Paramount content across digital distribution platforms. The division developing more than a dozen original series during his tenure, including Jackass 2.5/3.5, “The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers” (LXD), an animated “Zoolander” series and “Burning Love.”

Prior to Paramount Digital Entertainment, Lesinski was president of worldwide home entertainment for Paramount Pictures. Before Paramount, he was EVP and GM of Warner Home Entertainment.
