"We will continue the business meeting focus that was the hallmark of the 2002 event," declared VSDA president Bo Andersen. "The exhibitor suite format was exceptionally well received by both exhibitors and attendees. We will also provide a full seminar program, opening ceremonies and evening events. This show will allow retailers, distributors and studios to come together and build their business relationships, gain new knowledge, and celebrate the success of our industry."
"Based on exhibitor feedback, we expect that even more exhibitors will be in meeting suites and many exhibitors will book multiple suites," said Don Rosenberg, Group Video Director, Home Entertainment Events. "They told us the meeting room setup served their business objectives by allowing them to meet face to face with customers in a business setting. The Rio is an outstanding property, able to accommodate our show's expanding needs by providing a variety of suite options for exhibitors while remaining economical for attendees by offering an $89 per night room rate."
