Video Software Dealers Association (VSDA) members can save on shipping and freight costs under a new program the trade group has engineered,
The new Freight Savings Plan (FSP),managed and administered by Siriani & Associates, will offer member companies discounts with six of the nation's leading freight carriers, covering all types of shipping needs: small air express packages and letters, small ground packages, and larger “less-than-truckload” (LTL) multiple package shipments.
Companies are included to meet those needs are FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, Roadway Express, American Freightways, Viking Freight, New England Motor Freight.
“We are very excited about this,” said Mark Fisher, VSDA VP of Membership. “Now many of our members can reduce their shipping costs when sending express letters or packages and their freight costs when purchasing or moving store fixtures and shelving. Plus, there is absolutely no cost to participate in the program.”
“The Freight Savings Plan is part of VSDA's continuing effort to provide to our members multiple opportunities to reduce costs,” said VSDA President Bo Andersen.
