VSDA Issues Call for Film Competition Entries3 Feb, 2005 By: Jessica Wolf
The Video Software Dealers Association (VSDA) has issued a call for entries for its previously announced Project FAIR filmmaker competition co-sponsored by Had to Be Made Films.
Filmmakers can submit their 30- to 40-second antipiracy shorts to the VSDA for consideration.
The trade group also launched a new Web page to www.vsda.org with the “High Definition DVD Resource Center,” which currently contains a primer on the next-generation technology in general and a comparative chart between Blu-ray and HD-DVD.
News, events and links to high-definition-related sites will be continuously added to the Web site.
