Vivendi Entertainment, Oct. 9 inked a DVD, video-on-demand (VOD), Internet and mobile content distribution deal with Polychrome Pictures, producer of urban comedies, dramas and related independent fare.

Vivendi Oct. 21 will release The Game – Life After the Math, based on the tumultuous rise of multi-platinum hip-hop artist Jayceon Taylor a.k.a. The Game. It’s Polychrome’s first DVD under the new deal.

Warner Home Video previously distributed Polychrome, which produces 10 to 12 DVDs annually.
