Warner Bros. International TV Distribution has begun offering video-on-demand (VOD) movies to Spanish telecom operator Telef?nica. Titles include Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Polar Express and House of Wax.

The VOD titles are available for an undisclosed price at Imagenio, Telef?nica's hybrid Internet protocol television (IPTV) and digital terrestrial television (DTT) service with more than 200,000 subscribers. Imagenio is reportedly available in 4 million Spanish households in 140 cities.

A Warner spokesperson said the deal is separate from an agreement with In2Movies, a German-based peer-to-peer file-sharing service that allows users to legally download upwards of 80 Warner titles, including Must Love Dogs, "The O.C.," "Friends," The Little Polar Bear: The Mysterious Island and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
