The Sundance Film Festival doesn't end until Jan. 28 but beginning today the first selection of short films from the annual Park City, Utah confab will be available for download at Apple's iTunes Store.
The 18 titles, which can be purchased for $1.99 each, include A Nick in Time; Aftermath of Meadow Lark; Black and White Trypps Number 3; Bobby Bird; Conversation; Cubs (U.K.); Death to the Tinman; Der Ostwind; The Grass Grows Green; Happiness; Infinite Delay; Interview; Light Work I; Little Farm; Move Me; The Tragic Story of Nling (Canada); The Tube with a Hat (Romania) and Songbird.
“It's an exciting time for us to offer short filmmakers the opportunity to expose their work to audiences outside of the Festival,” said John Cooper, director of programming at Sundance. “The quality of this year's shorts represents creative, independent filmmaking at its best and further strengthens our commitment to providing new avenues to showcase Sundance films.”
