There's no word on when they'll be available in the United States, but Sony Electronics has lined up four new Blu-ray Disc recorders for the Japanese market, for sale beginning Nov. 8.
The high-end model, the BDZ-X90, has a 500 GB hard drive, and will have an SRP of 200,000 yen, or $1,758. The BDZ-T50 has a 250 GB hard drive, and will run 180,000 yen, or $1,582; the BDZ-T70 (160,000 yen, or $1,406) and the BDZ-T50 (140,000 yen, or $1,230) both offer 320 GB drives.
All four allow for full HD recording to Blu-ray Disc, with 24p true cinema video and high-speed, Hi-Vision audio.
