Senate Bill Takes Aim at ISP Control of Online Video Streaming

U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) Nov. 12 submitted a bill in Congress that would regulate how Internet Service Providers (ISPs) can influence the flow of online video by third party service such as Netflix and YouTube.

Monsters University 'Monsters University' Retains Top Spot on Sales Charts

Walt Disney Studios’ 'Monsters University' remained on top of the national home video sales charts for the second consecutive week, holding on to the No. 1 spots on both the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart, which tracks overall DVD and Blu-ray Disc combined sales, as well as Nielsen’s dedicated Blu-ray Disc sales chart.
