Rentrak Grows On-Demand Database

Rentrak Corp. has added three cable content providers to its growing on-demand database.

The Portland, Ore.-based media measurement company added HBO, Cinemax and Showtime to a group of 22 content providers that includes CBS, CMT, Comedy Central, Expo TV, Hallmark Channel, Logo, MTV, Music Choice, Nickelodeon, Noggin, National Geographic Channel, NFL Network, Paramount Studios, Playboy TV, Ripe TV, The N, TV Guide SPOT, VH1 and Warner Home Video On Demand.

Subscribers have access to varied video-on-demand (VOD) data, including total orders, unique set top box orders, total minutes viewed and scope of VOD enabled universe. The data also includes performance by title, audience sharing, weekly top titles and competitive performance.
