Penn & Teller, the offbeat duo that performs cerebral feats of magic combined with a quirky sense of humor, will perform at Home Entertainment 2002. The pair will appear on the evening of July 18, bringing to a close the three-day event, which takes place July 16-18 at the Rio Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Home Entertainment 2002 is presented by the Video Software Dealers Association.
Home Entertainment 2002 will include a variety of evening festivities. On July 16, “all access” pass attendees can attend the opening night pool party beginning at 9 p.m. at the Rio's outdoor pool, complete with music, dancing and an appearance by some Playboy Playmates.
On July 17, the convention will host a cocktail reception and dance party from 9 p.m. to midnight at the Rio's Pavilion.
On July 18, prior to Penn & Teller's performance, the VSDA will hold its awards celebration where the VSDA 2002 Home Entertainment award winners will be announced. The evening begins at 7 p.m. with a reception followed by the awards ceremony and then the Penn & Teller performance. The evening is open to attendees with “all access” passes.
