PBS Kids Sprout Adds Subs

PBS Kids Sprout, the only 24-hour preschool channel in the United States, announced it has added a quarter-million new subscribers after being picked up by Time Warner Cable subscribers in Lincoln, Neb.; Portland, Maine; and parts of Texas.

Jointly owned by Comcast, HIT Entertainment, PBS and Sesame Workshop, the channel is available on cable, online and on demand.
