Research and Markets has released a report that states 25% of entertainment on mobile phones will come from online communities by 2012, according to Nokia.

The report also states that more multimedia phones — 300 million — will be sold in 2008 than TV sets.

The 72-page report, “Mobile Media 2008: The Third Screen for Entertainment,” describes the current state of entertainment on mobile devices and how content will continue to be delivered to multimedia devices. The report is available at www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/c86056.
