Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Fourth ‘Pirates’ Finds Treasure in Top Sales Spot

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment won’t be releasing 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides' as a standalone DVD until Nov. 15, but sales of the Blu-ray Disc edition, released Oct. 18, were strong enough to send the fourth installment in the fantasy franchise to a No. 1 debut on the national home video sales charts for the week ended Oct. 23.
