eBay Launches Packaged-Media Store in the U.K.

E-commerce giant eBay has bowed a sales platform in the United Kingdom focusing on packaged media, including DVD and Blu-ray Disc. Dubbed “The Entertainment Store,” the platform also offers consumer access to new and used video games, music CDs, vinyl albums, books and comics.

'Porky Pig 101' DVD Coming Sept. 19 From Warner Archive

The Warner Archive Collection Sept. 19 releases 'Porky Pig 101,' a five-DVD compilation of 101 theatrical shorts from 1935-43 in chronological order, restored and remastered. Bonus commentaries with animation experts and film historians will be included on 13 shorts.
