Movielink Offers 'Glastonbury' Download

Glastonbury, Julien Temple's 2006 documentary about the legendary music festival, from ThinkFilm, will be available as a free download on movie-download service Movielink for two weeks, starting June 25.

Movielink users also can download individual Glastonbury performances by The White Stripes, The Killers, Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Paul McCartney, Kaiser Chiefs and more for $1.99 each, or an entire collection of performances for $15.00. Glastonbury will be available as a paid download on the service July 10 with the DVD's bonus features at $19.99.

The DVD streets June 12 at $24.98. Bonus features include uncut performances; bonus interview footage with festival founder, Michael Eavis, as well as James Brown, Coldplay, Oasis' Noel Gallagher, Moby, The Dandy Warhols and the late U.K. DJ John Peel; interviews with festival goers; the “Freeing the Spirit: Glastonbury 1999” featurette; and a commentary from Temple and former Pulp frontman, Jarvis Cocker.
