Internet video-on-demand venture Movielink has appointed Tyler Goldman as VP of Business Development, the company announced today.
In the position, Goldman will be responsible for developing distribution and other strategic partnerships for Movielink. He reports to Jim Ramo, CEO.
Reporting to Goldman will be Andrea Devenow, Director of Business Development. Devenow is one of the original employees of Movielink, having come to the company at its formation from MGM Studios where she was executive director of Business Development.
Prior to joining Movielink, Goldman was the founder and president of Broadband Sports, Inc. (BBS), the leading provider and distributor of proprietary sports content and commerce across digital platforms, including cable, satellite and the Internet. He was directly responsible for generating key strategic partnerships with Fox, ESPN, America Online, Yahoo!, eBay, and DirecTV. Based in Santa Monica, BBS employed more than 250 people and was funded by leading venture capital, technology and media companies, including DirecTV and Clear Channel Communications.

Previously, Goldman was an agent and attorney at sports law firm Steinberg & Moorad.
