Seeking a stronger presence in the digital delivery era, MGM Home Entertainment Group president and c.o.o. David Bishop will take on the added responsibility of heading the company's video-on-demand and pay-per-view initiatives as well as other emergingtechnologies.

Bishop oversees all aspects of MGM Home Entertainment Group's worldwide video and DVD operations, itsconsumer products and interactive businesses and its Internet unit, MGM.com.
Bishop has served as president of MGM Home Entertainment since 1996, andhis tenure with MGM spans more than 13 years. He originally began his career with MGM Home Video in 1985, where he spent six years working in various capacities, spanning from regional sales managerto v.p. of sales and marketing for the division.
Before rejoining MGM as executive v.p. in 1994, he spent three years as president and c.o.o. of LIVE Home Video.
