‘Six Feet Under' Set, ‘Sopranos' Six Come to DVD

HBO's hit shows “The Sopranos” and “Six Feet Under” have new releases hitting DVD this fall.

Streeting Oct. 31 is Six Feet Under: The Complete Series ($279.99). The elaborately packaged set includes all five seasons of the Emmy Award-winning show, boxed in burial-plot-themed packaging.

The set also features new bonus footage, including “The Book of Obituaries”, which includes obits for the eight main characters with photos and a family tree. Also included are two soundtrack CDs containing music aired during the show's run from such artists as PJ Harvey, Zero 7, Sia, Coldplay, Nina Simone, Radiohead and Death Cab for Cutie.

Streeting Nov. 7 is The Sopranos: Season Six, Part One ($99.98), featuring four discs with all 12 recently aired episodes of the suburban mob drama.

The set includes the first-ever commentary from Emmy-winning star Edie Falco as well as commentaries from stars Michael Imperioli, Tony Sirico, Robert Iler and Jamie-Lyn Sigler, creator David Chase and writers Terence Winter and Matthew Weiner. Also included is a making-of featurette on The Sopranos: Road to Respect video game.
