Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is bringing the early summer hit Mr. & Mrs. Smith to DVD, VHS and UMD Nov. 29 (prebook Nov. 2) at $29.98.

Rumors of a romance between stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie added interest to the ‘PG-13'-rated film, which earned more than $179 million at the box office.

The story follows John Smith and Jane Smith, two assassins who fall in love after a chance meeting, while knowing nothing of the other's secret life — that is, until they are separately hired to kill the same target, a wannabe agent played by Adam Brody of “The O.C.” When he escapes, they are sent to kill each other, and a free-for-all ensues.

Vince Vaughn turns up in a funny supporting role as Pitt's best friend and partner.

Special features on the DVD include a commentary from director Doug Liman; another commentary from the producers; trailers; and deleted scenes, including extended action sequences and more of Vaughn's kitchen diatribes.
