Keanu Reeves' streak of playing otherworldly characters, from The Devil's Advocate to the “Matrix” trilogy, continues with the supernatural Constantine, which bows on DVD July 19 (prebook June 14) for $28.98 from Warner Bros.

In this adaptation of the DC Comics/Vertigo “Hellblazer” graphic novels, paranormal investigator John Constantine (Reeves) and a policewoman (Rachel Weisz) uncover a catastrophic series of demonic events beneath the landscape of contemporary Los Angeles.

Rated ‘R' for its violence and demonic imagery, the film has grossed more than $75 million domestically en route to a total worldwide box office take of more than $218 million since its February premiere. The DVD will include 18 minutes of additional scenes.
