iPhone Out of Stock in U.S., U.K.

12 May, 2008 By: Ruby Cardenas

The Apple iPhone is sold out online in the United States and United Kingdom, according to Apple Inc. and The Associated Press.

The company has confirmed the device is out of stock. However, they said brick-and-mortar stores managed by Apple and iPhone carriers including AT&T Inc. might still have some.

Natalie Kerris, spokeswoman for Apple, refused to comment on the device shortage and the company's plans to update the unit, which is expected in June at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco.
