Video-on-demand (VOD) provider iLive Inc. today announced it has begun marketing broadband Internet access to consumers.
Broadband connections ranging from 256k to full T1 access will compliment the company's existing pay-per-view (PPV) streaming video business model. Subscribers to iLive broadband access will receive credits each month that will let them to watch their favorite shows on the iLive.com Web site.
“We are excited to have our business evolve to the next level as we enter the ISP marketplace,” said iLive president Scott Henricks. “We look forward to having a direct relationship with our consumers as we provide them a complete entertainment package with Internet access and streaming content through our Web site.”
