The Independent Dealers of Entertainment Association (iDEA), an independent-video division of the Entertainment Merchants Association, is asking its members to nominate candidates for three seats on its Board of Trustees. The three-year seats will be voted upon in the spring.
The three seats in question are currently held by Halsey Blake-Scott (C-Ville Video/Sneak Reviews, Charlottesville, Va.), Christine Johansen (Crown Video and Tanning, Minneapolis, Minn.), and Alan Welch (Video Village, Rockwall, Texas). All can be re-elected.
Eligible members must be a sole or majority owner, general partner, or full-time employee of an iDEA-member company in good standing, and members must receive four nominations to be considered.
