Home Media Retailing magazine is going undercover with a new venture. The first edition of Agent DVD will debut at this year's Comic-Con International, slated for July 20-23 in San Diego.
Agent DVD is a collectible publication featuring comprehensive coverage of DVDs in the sci-fi, horror and comic book genres, interviews with DVD producers, and a plethora of behind-the-scenes insider information on the creation of comic book adaptation movies such as Superman Returns, X-Men 3 and Wonder Woman. Other features include interviews with genre directors like Bryan Singer and Kevin Smith, as they discuss the DVDs of their films.
Distribution of Agent DVD is made possible through a partnership with Home Media Retailing and Tower Records, America's leading independent music and entertainment retailer. Agent DVD is the first in a series of purely consumer products being developed by Home Media Retailing.
Agent DVD is free to Comic-Con attendees who visit the Tower Records booth, as well as participating advertisers' booths.
