HIT Gets New CEO10 Mar, 2008 By: Chris Tribbey
HIT Entertainment CEO Bruce Steinberg has resigned and former Nickelodeon executive Jeffrey Dunn has taken his place, the company announced March 6.
Dunn will be based in the United States, in an effort to give the London-based company a bigger American presence, the company said.
Dunn was the COO of Nickelodeon Networks and president of Nickelodeon Film and Enterprises at MTV Networks.
“I am proud to have been a part of the team that has made HIT a tremendous success over the past few years,” Steinberg said. “Profitability is up, the brands are growing around the world, and … HIT programs are guaranteed to entertain children for a long time to come.”
