21 Jan, 2008 By: Chris Tribbey

HBO subscribers have a bonus coming their way: The cable channel provider will start giving its customers access to HBO content via live streaming and downloads on their computers.

The New York Post reported that HBO on Broadband has begun its rollout in Wisconsin with Time Warner Cable and Roadrunner Internet service subscribers being the first beneficiaries. The Post reported that HBO is in talks with other cable operators, and the service eventually will offer more than 600 titles for download, including previews of series and sample episodes.
