Paramount Digital Entertainment and EarthLink have joined forces to create StarTrek.net powered by EarthLink, the universe's only Star Trek-themed Internet access service (visit www.startrek.net). Embracing Star Trek's huge popularity, the new service is designed to provide fans with fast and dependable access to the Internet and the Star Trek universe through themed dial-up and high-speed Internet connections.
The service launch is in conjunction with the premiere season of UPN's "Enterprise," the fifth installment of the Star Trek television series franchise.
