Yahoo! Will promote domestic film and home video releases for Fox Filmed Entertainment under Fox's largest advertising and marketing deal with an online media company to date, the companies announced.
The deal, terms of which were not disclosed, also includes back end effectiveness tracking of the online program's impact on theatrical ticket and home entertainment purchases.
Fox's Ice Age and the Steven Spielberg-directed Minority Report are among the first theatrical titles to be promoted online. Don't Say a Word, Shallow Hal and Behind Enemy Lines are first up for home video marketing on Yahoo!
