Feingold Finds Award Gold

President of Columbia Tristar's Motion Picture Group Benjamin Feingold received the DVD Pioneer Award for his contributions to the growing format. His award was just one of many at the 5th Annual DVD Entertainment Conference & Showcase at a ceremony hosted by film critic Leonard Maltin at the Universal City Hilton Aug. 22

The Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace DVD won four awards, including “Viewers' Choice,” “Best Menu Design,” “Best Authoring” and “Best Audio Presentation” (a tie with Pearl Harbor: Vista Series). The DVD version of Citizen Kane won “Best in Show,” and The Godfather DVD Collection was named “Best Special Edition DVD.”
