DVD Has Arrived – As A Sales Tool

The Digital Media Marketing Organization (DMMO) has teamed with Adweek and Brandweek magazines to publish a 24-page insert focusing on the burgeoning use of DVD, CD-ROM and video marketing within the Business-To-Consumer (B2C) and Business-To-Business (B2B) arenas.

Included will be a DVD hosted by Peter Sealy, former chairman of Worldwide Marketing for Coca-Cola and Columbia Pictures, offering a report on the increasing expansion of digital marketing. The DVD will share how major consumer brands apply digital marketing techniques, as well as how businesses of any size can launch their own DVD, CD-ROM and Video campaigns to grow market share.

The producers promise the DVD will include how-tos, case studies and segments on everything from production to replication and duplication. In the DVD, Sealy explores the sales results digital marketing yields when effectively implemented. By the end of the DVD, viewers will be able to create a CD or DVD campaign designed to promote their own companies or services.. Companies already involved in the DVD project include Technicolor, Warner Media Services and Sony Disc.
