Oswald the Lucky Rabbit streets Dec. 11.

Buena Vista Home Entertainment will bring Wave VII of its “Walt Disney Treasures” line to DVD Dec. 11.

Each two-disc set comes in tin packaging with a certificate of authenticity and a collectible lithograph.

Most notable in the latest batch is Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, a collection of shorts by Walt Disney and animator Ub Iwerks created from 1926 to 1927 for Universal Studios. Rights to the character where obtained by The Walt Disney Company last year in a trade for sports broadcaster Al Michaels, who left Disney-owned ABC to become the play-by-play announcer for Universal-owned NBC's weekly NFL game coverage.

Also included in Wave VII are Chronological Donald Vol. 3, featuring Donald Duck shorts from 1947 to 1950, and Disneyland: Secrets, Stories and Magic, a comprehensive look at the “happiest place on Earth.”

Pricing was not announced, but recent “Treasures” sets have retailed for $32.99 each.
