Crackle Premieres New Lineup

Sony Pictures Entertainment online video network Crackle has updated its lineup of original programming with nine series spanning a variety of genres.

Six series are part of the second season of C-Spot, Sony Pictures Television's comedy channel. These short-form scripted series include the return of the animated “The Roadents,” plus new series “The Rascal,” “That Guy,” “Owen Benjamin Presents,” sketch-comedy series “Comedy Gumbo” and the reality spoof “Mr. Justice & Powerful Girl.”

Also returning to Crackle, with its second season, is the stand-up comedy showcase “Purple Onion.”

For the gaming and pop culture community, Crackle offers “The Jace Hall Show,” a show featuring TV and video game producer Jason Hall that looks at the melding world of entertainment and gaming.

For music fans, Crackle has “The Take-Away Shows,” a series from Parisian music video director Vincent Moon, who profiles a variety of new bands.
