Carradine Has New Fitness DVDs13 Oct, 2007 By: Angelique Flores
While working with David Carradine, Kung Fu trainer Rob Moses realized that harnessing familiar natural shapes — such as the circle — and using them to enhance physical movements could make exercise easier and more effective.
Through David Nakahara Productions, Carradine and Moses has three DVDs to teach exercises that emphasize smooth, natural movements versus the short movements of other martial arts.
The documentary Spiral Fitness: Beginnings (DVD $14.98) explains the development and usage of the Sphere Knot Stick ($24.98). Spiral Fitness: The Basics ($19.98) builds on Beginnings. Spiral Fitness: Nine Palms ($19.98) features the nine truths of joyful movement.
The DVDs and the Sphere Knot Stick are available at spiralfitness9.com.
