Buena Vista Worldwide Home Entertainment (BVWHE) has promoted Gabrielle Chamberlin to SVP marketing, North America.

Chamberlin will oversee brand marketing, product management, product publicity and partnership marketing for the division's North American region. She will handle managing and optimizing North American profit and loss for all product, as well as maximizing the profitability of North American business.

Chamberlin previously has served as VP of brand marketing and product management since 2005 and was responsible for marketing last year's top-selling DVD, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, the No. 3 selling DVD, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, and the top-renting DVD of 2006, Flightplan. She joined BVHE in 1992 and has held various brand-marketing positions in the preschool, Disney live-action, and animated classics categories.
