James Bond Ultimate Collector's Set

Fictional superspy James Bond has been the focus of his fair share of DVD collector's sets, but none are bigger than this one.

MGM and 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment have put together the James Bond Ultimate Collector's Set, a 42-disc collection that gathers in a single package for the first time all 21 of the “official” James Bond movie adventures from EON Productions.

This includes 2006's Casino Royale, starring Daniel Craig, the sixth actor to portray Bond in the franchise. The film series began with Sean Connery as Bond in 1962's Dr. No.

The boxed set arrives Nov. 6 (prebook Oct. 10) at $239.98.

The set, which packs together the four previously released “James Bond Ultimate Edition” five-film sets with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment's Casino Royale DVD, includes two-disc special editions of all the films, loaded with behind-the-scenes features, deleted scenes and other bonus materials. In addition, all the films (except Casino Royale) include audio commentaries.
