Bluelight.com ISP Offers Free Month to Loyal Shoppers

30 May, 2002 By: Hive News

BlueLight.com and Kmart are thanking loyal online and offline shoppers for their continued support with a special BlueLight Unlimited Internet Service Internet access deal.

Bluelight Unlimited is offering a month of free online access to new subscribers who sign up for the service at www.bluelight.com during Kmart's Customer Appreciation Days tomorrow through June 8.

The offer is one of many special savings and events Kmart is planning to say "thank you" to shoppers for standing by the retailer during its current restructuring.

BlueLight Unlimited costs $8.95 a month for unlimited access. The service recently added additional email storage space (10 MB) and a POP3 e-mail forwarding system for customers free of charge. The service also has more than 6,500 dial-up access numbers nationwide.

"BlueLight Unlimited Internet offers the value and service that Kmart customers demand and deserve," said Richard Blunck, CEO of BlueLight.com and SVP of Kmart Corp. "Both Kmart and BlueLight.com have made some exciting improvements over the past few months. The Customer Appreciation Days and our free month of Internet service are our way of saying 'thank you' to on- and offline shoppers who continue to make us their discount retailer of choice."
