Barnes & Noble Inc. and its online arm Barnes & Noble.com will say bienvenidos to Latino customers with a significant expansion Spanish-language product, the book retailer announced today.
Starting this month, 488 Barnes & Noble stores across the country will add thousands of Spanish-language titles to the Libros en Espanol section of each bookstore. Barnes & Noble.com will launch Libros en Espanol, a new online feature containing thousands of Spanish-language books, CDs and movies accessible at http://www.bn.com/espanol, as well as from the homepage of http://www.bn.com.
The online collection also offers thousands of Latin music CDs, and a selection of DVD and video titles produced in Spanish or with Spanish tracks. Barnes & Noble.com will publish weekly bestseller lists for Spanish-language adult and children's books; and its popular Meet the Writers (http://www.bn.com/writers) section will feature profiles and interviews of Hispanic authors.
