Under the terms of this agreement, eUniverse will become an AT&T Gold Member, a service designed to increase brand recognition, extend eUniverse's market reach, and capture new revenue streams with benefits including inclusion in the AT&T online ASP Catalog and specialized use of the AT&T logo on promotional materials. Through the Gold Membership, eUniverse also will have access to seminar planning assistance and funding support and will be featured in an in-depth profile in AT&T online or print media and a tele-briefing of AT&T sales professionals.
