AT&T Buys Warner Bros., HBO, Turner Corporate Parent

As expected, AT&T agreed to acquire Time Warner, parent of Warner Bros., HBO, CNN, TNT and TBS, in one of the biggest media deals — valued at $109 billion, including debt.
