Anchor Bay Restructures

Anchor Bay Entertainment boosting its strong fitness and TV product lines with a new executive structure.

The IDT Entertainment- owned video supplier has named Julie Campion to the newly created position of VP of marketing and brand management. In the new post, Campion will oversee all of marketing efforts for the company's release staples of fitness, TV on DVD titles, as well as catalog, the “Thomas & Friends” brand and Manga Entertainment.

Campion most recently held the position of VP of marketing for the company.

“She's been key in a number of our high-profile launches and her work is top-notch,” said Tim Fournier, SVP of Marketing for Anchor Bay. “Her efforts with Manga Entertainment and the launch of the ‘Roseanne' brand have helped set us apart at retail.”

Campion takes point as Anchor Bay gears up for the fourth quarter with a large fitness slate including new titles from the existing “10 Minute Fitness,” “For Dummies,” “Dance Off The Inches” and “Crunch Fitness” brands, as well as new programs like Yoga Booty Ballet, and a line of interactive “Pick Your Level” workout DVDs.

The company also upped two assistant managers who will report directly to Campion.

Rose Zivkovich, was promoted to brand manager responsible for Anchor Bay fitness and TV DVD titles. Previously she held the post of assistant brand manager covering TV on DVD product and horror titles.

Lindy Rumon assumes brand management responsibilities for Anchor Bay's catalog product.

In her new role, Rumon will work in a cross-functional capacity with marketing, retail marketing and sales to explore opportunities for the catalog. She was previously assistant brand manager for fitness and “Thomas & Friends.”
