Adobe, Turner Partner for TV Everywhere

Turner Broadcasting System has adopted Adobe’s Primetime TV Everywhere platform for its TNT and TBS apps, with plans to expand the partnership to TV Everywhere apps for Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, truTV, NBA League Pass and more.

L.A. Court Denies Fox’s Preliminary Injunction Against Dish’s Place-Shifting Technology

The U.S. District Court, Central District of California, in Los Angeles Sept. 23, denied a preliminary injunction motion filed by Fox Broadcasting Co. against two features found in Dish Network’s Hopper DVR.
