Epix, the high-definition pay-TV and online streaming channel co-owned by Lionsgate, MGM and Paramount Studios, through Jan. 26 is testing a program with the United Service Organization (USO) that allows military personnel to watch movies and repurposed TV programming online with their families in other parts of the country.



Kids’ Daily Media Use Up Sharply

Children and teens today are spending more than 7.5 hours a day using entertainment media, according to a study from the Kaiser Family Foundation, up more than an hour from 2004.
