Gilad Gets Kids in Shape

Fitness icon Gilad has three workout DVDs in the “Gilad Kids in Motion” series to help kids get fit.

Bayview Entertainment Jan. 5 will release (prebook Dec. 1) Gilad Kids in Motion: Hooked on Fitness, Gilad Kids in Motion: Fun in the Sun and Gilad Kids in Motion: Boogie on the Beach at $14.99 each.

Hooked on Fitness focuses on two workouts that take place at Turtle Bay in Oahu’s famous North Shore and at the top of a lava cliff on the Big Island of Hawaii. Designed for kids from walking age to 14, the workouts are easy to follow.

Fun in the Sun is set in Oahu, targeting the development of athletic abilities while building strength, stamina, coordination and balance.

In Boogie on the Beach, Gilad and friends take their exercises to Makaha beach and a pier in Waikiki for high-energy workouts.
