For more than 25 years, Denise Austin has been motivating people of all ages to get in shape and eat healthy.
Now the fitness guru has combined seven of her favorite lower body workouts onto one new DVD: Denise Austin: Best Bun & Leg Shapers (DVD $14.95). The DVD, due Sept. 15 (prebook Aug. 19) from Lionsgate, delivers a different routine for each day of the week. Each workout is designed to target a specific area, and can be done individually, for a quick, five- to10-minute workout, or all together for an intense leg-butt experience.
Best Bun and Leg Shapers includes the 10-minute “Personal Training System,” an intense leg, thigh and butt exercise; two 10-minute “Hit the Spot Pilates” segments, one targeting the butt and core, and the other focusing on hips and thighs; and “Get Fit Fast,” a 10-minute squat and lunge workout for legs and buns.
Also included are “Power Zone Ultimate Workout,” which sculpts the lower body with resistance moves; the 15-minute “Hit the Spot Core,” another core and glute workout; and “Hit the Spot 10,” a five-minute thigh toner. The DVD also features a music-only option.
Austin’s fitness DVDs and videos have sold more than 20 million units worldwide. Not only is she a fitness star, but also a wife, mother, author and a member of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
