TheWB.com Launches With Video

TheWB.com launched Aug. 27, offering ad-supported video-on-demand.

Original series and fan favorites from the content provider will be made available in the coming weeks, Warner Bros. Television Group stated.

“TheWB.com is a new digital destination built from the ground up for the same 16- to 34-year-old audience that embraced The WB when it was a television phenomenon,” said TheWB.com’s GM Brent Poer.

Full episodes from classic series such as “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Babylon 5” and “Firefly” are available, as are episodes from new series such as “Blue Water High” and “A Boy Wearing Makeup.”
