This collection includes six remastered “Peanuts” animated specials from the 1960s — “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “Charlie Brown’s All-Stars,” “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” “You’re in Love, Charlie Brown,” “He’s Your Dog, Charlie Brown” and “It Was a Short Summer, Charlie Brown.” The inclusion of the latter two represent the first time either has been on DVD.

The episodes look great and still hold up very well. These DVDs should please collectors, fans or parents looking to provide their children with timeless entertainment.

The set also includes the wonderful documentary The Maestro of Menlo Park – Vince Guaraldi, a profile of the late composer of the famous “Peanuts” theme.
