CBS Sept. 16 began streaming for free the premiere episode of freshman comedy “We Are Men” on digital platforms such as CBS.com, CBS apps and TV Everywhere platforms offered by AT&T U-verse, Dish Network, Xfinity TV, MNS, MetaCafe and TV Guide.
The episode is available online until Sept. 30, when “We Are Men” — about four single guys living in a short-term apartment complex who unexpectedly find camaraderie over their many missteps in love — debuts on CBS.
The cast includes Tony Shalhoub (“Monk”), Jerry O’Connell (Piranha 3D), Kal Penn (Harold & Kumar), Chris Smith (“Gracious Café”) and Rebecca Breeds (Home and Away).
During the broadcast premiere viewers can chat live with select cast members as part of CBS Tweet Week. During the broadcast in the Eastern and Central time zones, Shalhoub, Penn and Smith will be tweeting live and taking questions.
Fans can join the conversation by following #CBSTweetWeek on Twitter or the actors’ personal accounts: @SmithChris, @KalPenn and Shalhoub via @WeAreMenCBS.
Fox Broadcast Co. last week streamed online for free the premiere episode to the second season of “The Mindy Project” a week before its broadcast debut.
