Warner DVD2Blu Trade-In Program Now Includes TV Shows

More than a dozen TV titles have been added to Warner’s DVD2Blu.com trade-in program, allowing DVD owners to upgrade to Blu-ray Disc for a portion of the cost they would find at retail.

Users select participating titles from the website, pay for their upgrades, along with a shipping fee, print out a pre-paid shipping label, ship their DVDs without cases, and wait for their new Blu-rays in the mail.

For a $19.95 fee each, DVD owners can upgrade to Blu-ray versions of Smallville: Season 8, Supernatural: Season 1, Supernatural: Season 4, Chuck: Season 2, Fringe: Season 1 and The Sopranos: Season 1.

For a $14.95 fee each, DVD owners can upgrade to Blu-ray versions of Smallville: Season 6, Smallville: Season 7, Supernatural: Season 3, Chuck: Season 1, Pushing Daisies: Season 1, Pushing Daisies: Season 2, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles — Season 1, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles — Season 2 and Nip/Tuck: Season 4.

Consumers who place orders more than $35 receive free shipping (regularly $4.95 per order).
